‘Giribizzi’ translates as ‘little whims, little desires’ and this is our approach to developing our range of Italian specialities: we seek out products that delight the senses and remind us of home.  Giribizzi is all about delivering the very best artisan food from Italy, made by people who are rooted in traditional methods, who value purity of ingredients, seasonality, regionality, and are committed to producing exceptional flavours.

 

Our products are preservative free, artisanal and, due to their seasonality, are very often limited in their production.  We select our suppliers for their commitment to the highest standards.   They are working with centuries old techniques which have been honed to produce foods with intense flavour.  We value this knowledge which gets passed down through the generations and that gives us food intricately connected to tradition and the rhythms of the seasons.
